This is a true story of an unlawful attack upon me,
initiated by agents of the Puerto Rico based Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).
Although I am sure this has happened thousands of
times before, my story is unique for a number of reasons, not the
least of which follow:
1. I knew better than to hire an attorney
and by so doing, waive my right to challenge nonexistent
jurisdiction.
2 I immediately set out to find out
how these devils were getting away with this outrageous violation of
Law and order. That question has been answered, but I paid quite a
price for the information.
3. I discovered a significant fraud behind
federal gun laws which, if enough people learn of, could stop future
pseudo-legal attempts to infringe upon our right to keep and bear
arms.
4. I refused to accept an illegitimate
court’s offer of probation in return for a guilty plea. This decision
cost me, but what I gained in honor was worth far more.
